The realization of a new hotel (or the relaunch of an existing one) and the arrival of the first client represent, of course, one of the most exciting but at the same time most difficult moments in this sector. Often, though, you cannot even imagine how many months of work were necessary in order to open the hotel and welcome that guest. This pre-opening stage is the basis on which, the success of a new project will or will not be founded on.
According to the type of facilities, the pre-opening stage might last from 12 to 24 months for large hotels and from 9 to 18 months for small and medium-sized hotels.
