WHO WE ARE

First of all we are a couple also in real life. A couple of consultants with different backgrounds and experiences. We met at work when we both started collaborating in a company dealing with consultancy and hotel training. Love at first sight? Not at all! The marketing office and the revenue one did not get along well at that time, and for over three years we almost ignored each other.

The turning point was a business trip between New York and Miami which turned into the first true occasion to get to know each other and find out that our common passions and interests were really many. Since then, we have dealt with many projects together, (among which also the planning of our wedding in New York), because our competences are complementary and enable us to take care of each operational stage in the relaunch or opening of a new hotel.

After her experience in the Holiday Inn group and a training period at the W Hotel West Beverly Hills of the Starwood Group, she was the Pre-opening Manager of several resorts and Project and General Manager at the duoMo hotel designed by the famous architect Ron Arad. For over 7 years she has covered the role as Senior Consultant for Teamwork in Rimini, carrying out technical and operational training and consultancy activities on revenue and pricing, pre-opening of new facilities, management control and department organization. She loves travelling and experiencing a place like a local inhabitant, contemporary arts and design. The Instagram account of her little travelling dog(@miami_traveller_dog) has more followers than hers, but she does not mind.

After his degree in Economics, he managed the family’s 4- star hotel for over 10 years, taking care of all the operational aspects. Since 2008 he has been a Consultant and Senior trainer for the company Teamwork in Rimini. He specializes in: communication and marketing strategies, web, brand reputation and social media, economic and financial feasibility analysis and development of new concepts. He has been a speaker at the BTO in Florence and at the BeWizard, at the Sole24ore Business School and in several conferences organized in trade shows like TTG, SIA and SUN. Among his passions: travelling in search of ideas around the World, his faithful 4-legged friend Mario and in the past... German girls ;) (but not since he met La Chiaraluce, though!!)
